Buying conditions


Soloporteros has the right to modify any commercial offer shown in this website (product and prices modifications, or changes in any other condition) at any moment, not being those changes applied to orders signed before the date and hour of the change.

Soloporteros is not responisble for typographic errors on this site. If this happens, Soloporteros will correct the error as soon as possible, and contact any customer who has bought a product affected by the error, and give him the chance to cancel the order with no cost.

1. Internet Selling System
The user of this website will have free access to the public information shown in the site, although Soloporteros might restrict the access to some areas to special users.
Every user visiting the site can register, and access special conditions and functionalities, also as special offers if that customer has the required conditions to take the offer.
To make an order, the user must add to his shopping cart the products he wants to buy, and follow the steps shown in the website. After that process, which includes registering in the website to identify himself, an e-mail is sent to the customer to inform order has been received. The order is sent to Soloporteros, which will proccess the order depending on the stock available, and applying conditions showns in the website on the moment of buying the products -except errors.

2. Product guarantee
Guarantee for any product shown at Soloporteros' website is offered exclusively by its manufacturer, and any condition of use, packaging, or time ranges for the devolution is determined by the manufacturer.
Products offered by Soloporteros have the best quality possible, and are created by recognized companies. Our products are unused and don't proceed from any exposition. They are unopened, except in cases where this condition is indicated in the product profile.
Customer has a total guarantee in the case of the product having any anomaly (shipping back costs and reship of a new product will be paid by Soloporteros) in the first week.

For any manufacturing fault, the only responsible is the manufacturer of the products. Soloporteros, as a selling company, will offer its customers intermediation services between the customer and the manufacturer, making this way the guarantee effective in its terms.

To use the guarantee, you will need to send:
Bill of the products
. Soloporteros will match that the serial number of the product matches those stored at a list of orders in Soloporteros.
Guarantee time range will start on the same day of delivery and/or order acceptance.

The dispositions of the present guarantee do not exclude the benefits of the Spanish legal guarantee, described in Civil's Code 913 article, dealing with hidden manufacturing faults.

3. Paying method
When making the order, the customer can freely choose a method of payment: Credit Card, PayPal or Cash on Delivery. In some cases, Soloporteros gives the customer only a way of payment, having the customer to accept Soloporteros' decision. 

4. Method and period of delivery
Order will be delivered in the address chosen by the customer when making the order. Further modifications on the destination address upon a customer's petition could generate additional costs on the order. Products will be delivered to the customer thorugh a delivery company, with a note which identifies the customer, the order, number of items and products contained in the order. If the customer detects any error on the received products, or visible damages to the content of the order, must write these facts on the delivery note and tell us about this situation via mail, fax or e-mail in a 24-hour time. Products are at every moment covered against transportation risks and possible loses.

5. Returns policy
In case of a product or size change, customer will be charged with all the shipping costs.
Estimated time for reception of the new order is 15 natural days for national shipments.
The company is responsible only for incidences caused by Soloporteros, paying in these situations the shipping costs for the new packet.
In case incidence is caused by manufacturing faults, Soloporteros will manage the situation directly with the manufacturer brand. Customer must send the product to our shop, paying the cost of the shipment. In case the brand accepts the change, Soloporteros will send the new packet to the address indicated by the customer.


In order to consider the incidence as a manufacturing fault, the time from the buying date and the reclamation cannot exceed one month for gloves and clothes, or two months for soccer boots. For products adquired on promotion or in several units packs, the period must not exceed two months.

6. Customer obligations
Customer must give real data on any data asked by Soloporteros on the sign up form as in the moment of making the order, and keep information updated at every moment. Storing these data is obligatory, and any lack of information or wrong data by the user, will make impossible for Soloporteros to manage and send any order. Also, customers must keep in a safe place their website login details.

7. Applicable legislation
Purchases made at SOLOPORTEROS are subject to Spanish law. In case of any conflict or inconsistency shall be the applicable jurisdiction of the courts or tribunals of Zaragoza (Spain) if there is no legal provision that prohibits this. 8. Availability of the products.
The selection of products offered in www.soloporteros.com is valid while the product is visible on the website, within the limits of available stock. On each product page current available sizes are shown. If in an exceptional case Soloporteros does not have stock of a bought product, Soloporteros will contact the customer via phone to cancel the order or offer the possibility of replacing the product by one of similar characteristics.
