Javier Sánchez Broto (25-8-1971) started his professional sport career at Real Zaragoza club. After 11 years in his city team, signed for the Villarreal , where he stayed for three seasons. Then he played for Castellón and Málaga. In year 2000, he undertakes his Scottish adventure, playing first for the Airdrie and then for the Livingston. In January 2003, he signs with a classic team in Scotland, the Celtic of Glasgow.

But Javier Sánchez Broto is a different goalkeeper, as he wasn't limited to stand at the field. In year 2000, 4 years before his retirement as a proffesional player, he decided to open a fully dedicated to goalkeepers shop, becoming seriously respected by them. Goalkeepers deserved much more than they had, and Soloporteros had been born to give them everything they wanted.
After a lot of years of hard work, Soloporteros has become an international reference in goalkeeping world. Not only as a shop, but also with a huge range of events dedicated to the goalkeeper: Training Schools, Goalkeeping Casts, Soloporteros' battles, technical goalkeeping camps... And a lot of different things which make Soloporteros an unique company in the soccer world. And the main basis of getting all of these working is Javier Sánchez Broto.
